D.2: Website development
The purpose of this action is to develop, update and maintain a project website. The website will provide a detailed description of the project, its objectives, actions, progress and results. The website will have links to sites with relevant information and institutions. Moreover, it will include facilities like an open forum for the general public and an intranet to enable discussions and the exchange of information and networking facilitating actions E.1, E.3, E.4 and E.5. All reports and results will be available online or downloading. The website will include the following:
- Description of the project,
- Description of the objectives,
- Description of the conservation and dissemination actions and their evaluation,
- Description of monitoring protocols,
- Lessons learnt,
- Network of coastal dune Juniperus spp. 2250* habitats in Greece,
- Updates of events & networking,
- Forum,
- Photo gallery
The website will be launched during the first six month of the project and updated regularly. It is envisaged that the website will be available on the server of MAICh after the end of the project for three years, thus, ensuring the long term sustainability and dissemination of the results.
