D.7: After-LIFE communication and conservation plans

The purpose of this action is to develop and disseminate After–LIFE communication and conservation plans at the end of the project. The communication plan will describe how information will be continued to be disseminated and communicated as well as provide a list of national stakeholders (action D.4) and networks (actions D.3, D.4, E.3, E.4, E.5) relevant to the protection and restoration of Juniperus spp. 2250* habitat. The conservation plan will describe how the conservation activities are planned to continue and how the long term management of the sites will be assured. It will provide details regarding what actions should be carried out, and potential sources of finance. These plans will be discussed and disseminated at the stakeholder committee meetings (action E.5) to enable stakeholder engagement for long term project sustainability.
The communication plan and the conservation plan will be produced free of charge and they will be included as a separate chapter in the final report (in Greek and in English).
