Project operation and monitoring
JUNICOAST has proposed the execution of the following project management and monitoring actions, to ensure its long term sustainability.
E.1 project management actions (all actions required to ensure effective excecution of all project actions as well as delivery of sustainable outcomes).
E.2 Monitoring: As JUNICOAST is a demonstration project all concrete conservation and dissemination actions will be monitored and appraised regarding their effectiveness in acheiving the desired outcomes.
E.3 Establishment and consultation with scientific committee
E.4 Networking with other LIFE projects to share experiences and best practice
E.5 Establishment and consultation with stakeholder committee
E.6 External auditing of project
